# Watching

> Start and stop listening for Triggers on an Instance.

**Watching** means this Instance is listening for Triggers: Telegram, cron, webhook, and IMAP declared on the Graph.

**Stopped** means those Triggers do not start Runs. Chat you start yourself in the app still works.

Start and stop Watching on the Overview tab. Stop Watching before you pin a newer version.
