Share on the Graph toolbar opens Share workflow. Each link is a separate invite. The visitor opens a setup page and starts an Instance. You can create a link before the first publish. They cannot start until you publish a version. The invite page then says the author must publish first.

Create a link

Optional Label. Optional Note on this invite — shown on the invite page in addition to the published operator guide. Create link shows the full URL once. Copy it now. Lost URLs cannot be recovered — use New URL on that row instead. The path looks like /invite/… on this app origin. Rows show Active or Revoked, and how many people started.
  • New URL replaces the path. The old URL stops working. Copy the new URL immediately.
  • Revoke blocks new starts. People who already started keep their Instance. The landing page may still open.
Default row title without a label is Operate link.

Invite page

The visitor sees the Workflow name, the published operator guide (if any), the invite note, the version number and message, and Required configuration (AI, Secrets, Settings, Adapters, Triggers from the published Graph). They must sign in. Start instance creates their Instance and opens Settings. They do not get a Graph tab. If they already started from this invite, they return to that Instance. If the invite is revoked or no longer available, the page says the invite is gone.
