New workflow creates a Workflow and opens the Graph. A new Graph already has a Message trigger connected to an Agent. Each row shows the last update. If the Graph cannot be opened, the row says Incompatible graph. If there are errors, it shows an issue count. The row menu has Clone and Delete. Delete removes the Workflow Graph. On the Graph you can rename the Workflow, Add a node, save, open Guide, Share, and Publish. Version history is the clock control next to Publish. Guide edits the Operator guide: Markdown for people who start this agent. It is published with the next version. See Share.Publish
Publish opens Publish version. You must describe what changed (up to 280 characters). Publish is disabled until Graph errors are fixed. Publish snapshots the current draft. Listening keeps running the pinned version until you update it. Chat uses the pinned version after you pin it. See Listening.Versions
Version history lists published versions (vN), the publish message, and Pinned when an Instance of yours uses that version.
