Graph and Chat
The Graph is the process. Chat is the conversation.
The Graph is where you design when work starts and what the Agent may do.
Chat is the conversation on that Instance (Live in the app, or a connected messenger). A Message Trigger can start a Run from Chat. The person talking does not need to open the Graph.
