Open the app, create a Workflow, and talk in Chat. Telegram and mail are optional later. A new Workflow already has a Message trigger connected to an Agent. You do not add those nodes. This walkthrough ends with a reply, then a published version you can pin.
1

Create a Workflow

Open Workflows and choose New workflow. You land on the Graph.
2

Connect AI

Open the AI tab. If this Workflow has no Instance yet, the app creates one named Playground.Choose Riggery (AI credits) or Your API (OpenAI, OpenRouter, or OpenAI-compatible), then pick a model. Bind keys as Secrets — do not paste them into Chat or the Graph.See AI.
3

Send a message

Open Chat and send a short message. The Agent should reply.Until you pin a published version, Chat uses the draft Graph. You do not need to publish first.
4

Publish

On the Graph, Publish. Describe what changed (up to 280 characters). Fix Graph errors first.Publish snapshots the draft. Listening and Chat keep using the previous pin (or draft) until you update them. See Workflows.
5

Pin on Overview

Open Overview. Stop listening if status is Watching. Then Update to vN.After the pin, Chat uses that published version. See Listening.
Optional next:
  • Start on Overview — incoming Telegram, cron, webhook, and IMAP. Chat in the app does not need it.
  • A second Instance — New instance, or invite someone with Share.
More paths: Start an Instance from an invite, Watch a mailbox, Tables into State.
