Open the invite
Sign in. The page shows the Workflow name, Setup guide (if the author published one), the invite note, the version, and Required configuration.If the author has not published yet, the page says they must publish first. You cannot start.

Start instance
Start instance creates your Instance and opens Settings. There is no Graph tab.

Finish setup
Complete Setup rows: AI, Secrets, Settings, Telegram or IMAP as listed. Bind Secrets or type Instance-only values. Connect AI and Connections if the list asks for them.

Go live
When every setup item is done, Go live starts listening. Manage Start / Stop later on Overview.

Telegram people
Unlinked Telegram chats cannot start a Run. On People create a code (Link my chat or Invite a person) and send
/link plus the code, or the code alone.
